You can choose to pay per week or pay for a fixed package depending on how many weeks you want to follow the program.

Your weekly session consists of:
  • Personal coaching, 30-45 min per week
  • Your personal food plan
  • Your food supplement for 7 days
  • Your personal shopping list
  • Access to coaching 5 days p/w for support and advise
  • List of recipes if needed to get you on the right track

    These weekly sessions come to a total of 35 per week.

    Your first session will last about 75min and will cost 60 during which an explanation of the plan is given and a start is made to get an insight into your habits and patterns.

    Are you too far away to come and see me in person you can save cost and time by communicating via Skype or Face time as some of my London based clients and clients outside the UK do.
